Eagle Scout

Waiting to go in for the board of review. Showing up 20 minutes early not a good idea!
The board announced David did a great job and was now an Eagle Scout. They asked if he was always this serious? YEAH RIGHT! But he did a GREAT job.

We were missing Krystal because she left for 11th Ward girls camp that morning. She still had her spot! We missed her but know she was as proud of David as the rest of us! He left for Philmont in New Mexico two days later for 2 weeks! We'll miss his sense of humor around here. As you can tell by his before picture how serious he is.

Laura's 11 th birthday

Since we had graduations and the last day of school. Laura's "actual" birthday wasn't all about her. So we celebrated with some cupcakes at about 9:30 pm.

At her birthday party that weekend she had family and a couple of friends over. Then was the real treat, German chocolate cake! Not sure how we found it at 5:30 pm when every one was suppose to be there at 6 pm. But we got lucky and Laura got her German chocolate cake!!!

ROAD TRIP July 2009

Halloween 2009

Found an old picture of the kids in 2003. Thought it would be a fun way to see how much they've grown. Pretty soon I'll be lucky if they'll take a picture for me! 3 out of 5 pumpkins made it to the porch! David carved way too much and it sort of fell apart. (why it is on his head) Haley tripped on the front porch and the pumpkin flew to its end. While comforting Haley something happened to Reid's pumpkin and it ended up in 2 peices. We're just happy we got to carve pumpkins this year!
