Tonight David and Krystal had a band concert. We got through the night without an emergency room visit. (which is good because just got done paying off the last one) Tuesday nights can be a little hectic with activities for the kids. Mike and Reid had scouts, Laura and Haley had activity days. So I got to go to the concert. They performed first out of the different bands they have at RHS. It was great watching them both perform together again. David hasn't played an instrument for the school since middle school where he was in the district honor band and first chair. So when he joined the band in January we were more then happy. They did great and they looked great too! Still can't believe they are both in high school.
Well, Mike took the three younger kids to church. The boys worked on sled for the freez 0 ree this weekend. They get to go race this sled at the AFA. Haley put together this family home evening packet about pioneers and Laura made these blocks. They are like dice and have different pictures of the family on them. Very creative and cute.

So although getting everyone to all the different commitments it was a successful night and another reason why we love them!

Sounds like our family-too many activities on the same night. Like tonight-2 of us have to be at a BB banquet and T has something that both parents shoud be to, and M has YW. Thank goodness for cameras
ReplyDeleteAnd don't forget that even with all that you still agreed to drive a friend's son to scouts too! Thanks so much! What a busy night, but all wonderfully worthwhile activities.
