Mike started his flying classes last week and after the courses are over he will have the first part complete of getting his pilot license for small planes.
As you can see the plane isn't very big but fits 4 people. Not my favorite kind of plane but he was so excited to get to go up in the air. He was able to go up and just thought he would be a passenger while the instructor flew.
He was able to fly for about an hour kind of like a new driver with a permit. He was schooled in all the gauges and the only part he didn't do was landing and taking off. Happy Anniversary even if it took 6 months to cash it in!
