Blogging has been low on the priority list lately. There is so much going on that there are moments I just want to say, "calgon take me away"! Then there are those moments when we are so proud of our children that the calgon moments seem far away. There is so much to do and can't miss out on the great moments we had last week.
Last week Haley had a 4th grade play where her class Celebrated Colorado. Haley had a couple of speaking parts and was so adorable in her western gear. We did realize that it is time to upgrade our camera. Most of the pictures came out blurry but she looked cute and was so proud.

Saturday was another wrestling tournament for David. Although these tournaments make for a loooooooooooong day, it is so worth it. Dad has a theory that David wrestles better when I'm there. He lost his first match (I was still driving there) and won the rest of his matches for the day. David dominated his matches and pinned each of his opponents in the first period. He has come so far this season. Another of those moments where we are proud.

Krystal's cheer squad had a cheer clinic for the younger girls. Laura and Haley were able to go to the clinic. They spent most of the day learning cheers then they performed during half time of the RHS basketball game.

It was a great time for the girls to spend together and for Krystal to be the wonderful teacher that she is. Cheer leading isn't something that we think our girls are interested in but turns out we are wrong. So many moments to be proud and enjoy the accomplishments that each of the kids bring to us. Poor Alan was stuck with me most of the day and just on the sidelines so he isn't in any of the pictures but he was a good side kick for the day!

Life gets busy with a big family, but it is so wonderful to witness all the great accomplishments of our kids, isn't it? It sounds like everyone is really enjoying and excelling at the things they love!
